NOTICES TO COMPETITORS |

Notices to competitors will be posted on the Official Notice Board in the Starting aria and Race Office. |

All such posted notices shall constitute official notice to each competitor who shall consult the ONB regularly.
Notices from the regatta official are to be done as soon as possible. |

3. |
CHANGES TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS |
|
||
|
3.1. |
Any change to the sailing instructions will be posted at least 90 minutes before the signal of the race in which it will take effect.
|
|
||
|
3.2. |
Any change to the schedule of races will be posted before 19:00 on the previous day it will take effect. |
|
||
|

The maximum of races that can be scheduled in a class series is 7. After the 4th race one worst result will not apply. |

Ice-Optimist Championship, European Cup 17- 20.February 2011.
Dear youth and junior ice sailors.
On behalf of the Estonian Ice sailing Federation and Pärnu Yacht-Club we would like to invite you to participate in Training Camp and Championships of 2011.
Entrance fee: 30.- Euros.
Wednesday, 16 January training and
Thursday, 17. February
11.00 Opening ceremony, and skippers meeting on the ice
12.00 First start
Friday, 18 - Saturday, 19. February - Racing days
Sunday, 20. February is reserved day if we don’t have tree championship races in for both classes. European CUP count from the WC races 1; 3; 5; 7 and if time allows 2 extra races.
7 races in each class are scheduled for WC / EC 2011.
3 races in each class needed for a valid Championship.
Ice-Optimists must have the Optimist Logo and the DISC on the sail.
Sailing instructions will be available at check in.
Anti-Doping Policy IDNIYRA-Europe has implemented the Anti-Doping
Program of the World Anti-Doping Agency. Thus
during the training camp and the Championships
the misuse of alcohol will not be tolerated.
Jurisdiction: The regatta will be held under jurisdiction of IDNIYRA-Europe and the Estonian Ice sailing Federation.
Insurance: All participants must show proof of holding a valid third party insurance covering minimum 500.000.- Euros .

Ice-Optimist Championship, European Cup
Dear youth and junior ice sailors.
On behalf of the Estonian Ice sailing Federation and Pärnu Yacht-Club we would like to invite you to participate in Training Camp and Championships of 2011.
Site information: primary sailing site is Pärnu, Estonia. Reserve sailing site is Lithuania, Poland
Maximum ages - Ice-Optimist sailors born in 1995. DN sailors born in 1990.
Entry, deadline and fee: Online registration in official website www.icejunior.eu to arrive latest 03 January 2011
Fee in Euro for Championship to be paid at check in.
Entrance fee: 30.- Euros.
